How to use:
For adhering lash lift shield to eyelid and adhering lashes to lifting pad/shield or rod prior to applying perm lotion.
For perms: Adheres the curler rod to the eyelash. Apply a line as close as possible to the lash line to attach to the curler rod. Natural latex-based compound. Dries on contact with air, water soluble.
For lifts: Fixes the lash to the silicone pad to lift the lashes
