How to use:
- On a cured base — Kera Base or Rubber Base — apply Makear hybrid gel polish.
- Hold a magnet over the wet layer to create the Cat Eye effect, then cure in a 48W LED lamp for 30 or 60 seconds.
- Apply a hybrid top coat — Top No Wipe Hard Glass — and cure again.
